{My family and I have been working with Tom Murphy over the years. Over the past few months, the contact and work has increased while working on my dad’s estate. At a stressful time, dealing with questions and paperwork, Barb Henicle has done a fabulous job in meeting our needs. She’s been available for calls, emails and office visits. It’s just a matter of bringing an item to her attention and she’s able to take over from there. I really appreciate her efforts. The task of paperwork and resolving issues would be more daunting without her help and input. Tom has a great, professional office that is ready to help when needed.

Jared and Susan helped set up wills, powers of attorney, and medical directives for Mom and Dad about 10 years ago, and did so in a very professional way given my Mom's uneasiness about death. In later years, Jared and Susan helped on the financial and property side, enabling us to protect assets for our parents' care and for our family's peace-of-mind. His care and concern was evident, as his first question to me when I frantically called looking for answers, was always "How are Mom and Dad?" He understands the emotional part of eldercare as well as the legal part of eldercare. Susan is also extremely helpful and ensures that everything is in order, and is always available when Jared was busy with other clients. Susan is detail-oriented and a whirlwind of activity, making sure that all clients get questions answered as soon as possible. In sum, Jared and Susan have been an immense help to my sister Natalie and I in navigating eldercare.
