{A few years ago I took over my mother's affairs. She got very sick and had to enter a nursing home. There were some issues with family members and I had no idea how to deal with it. {My girlfriend and her husband had a terrible experience with an elder care firm and Susan stepped up and put them on the right path and took the time to make sure they were in good hands.
