Elder Law is a difficult situation to deal with.  Everyone at the Law Office is caring and understanding. Susan and Tracy have been wonderful helping me assist my Aunt and explain things to her every step of the way.  Everyone in the office is very professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend working with Atty Jared Childers, and his paralegal Susan Barlup, if you are planning for long term care or medical issues. After going back and forth with 2 other Elder Care attorneys, who basically did nothing for us except charge us for their time, Atty Childers was able to offer a very clear and logical plan to handle my dad’s specific financial situation. And he was happy to meet with us to explain, without charging us first.  Huh???  Does any attorney actually do this?  Yes.  Unfortunately my dad passed away before we were able to make all the arrangements, but we only had to pay a nominal fee for the work they did, which was more than fair. Give their office a call, they know what they are doing.

Everyone was very helpful in making our decisions and would recommend Amy Younker to be the contact person. She was kind and understanding the goals we were trying to reach.

So glad to know that there is a law firm that deals with elder law. It’s been a bit overwhelming for me . Susan Barlup and Linda Brantner have been wonderful helping me get things together for my mother to go through the Medicaid process. Thank you so much !!
