{I highly recommend working with Atty Jared Childers, and his paralegal Susan Barlup, if you are planning for long term care or medical issues. After going back and forth with 2 other Elder Care attorneys, who basically did nothing for us except charge us for their time, Atty Childers was able to offer a very clear and logical plan to handle my dad’s specific financial situation. And he was happy to meet with us to explain, without charging us first.  Huh???  Does any attorney actually do this?  Yes.  Unfortunately my dad passed away before we were able to make all the arrangements, but we only had to pay a nominal fee for the work they did, which was more than fair. Give their office a call, they know what they are doing.
